Corker Hill Cave
near Scotland, PA
Scotland, PA 17254

We will descend into Corker Hill cave near Scotland, PA on the weekend of October 5-7!

This is a wild cave that few people visit.  It is entered with a wire ladder and climbing gear (and the help of a professional caving outfitter who has led many BSA caving treks over 25 years).  Once we are inside the cave we'll explore fascinating chambers, see cool formations, and probably get very muddy.

This is NOT a "walk through" cave experience - but a true adventure in a wild cave.  We'll be climbing, crawling and squeezing into some amazing underground spaces with our guide.

Time permitting, we also will visit the The Gettysburg National Military Park and tour the historic battlefield for a couple of hours Saturday morning.

Camping: We'll camp at the beautiful Pine Grove Furnace State Park group campsites.

Depart NYC Friday evening October 5

Return to NYC Sunday afternoon October 7
